This weekend has been a very exciting one for me and my hometown! All of the excitement here over the Bruins has been crazy and so much fun to be a part of. It's incredible that in the past 7 years all 4 of the major Boston teams (Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots, and Bruins) have all won a championship...we've lived here to see them all! I love living near Boston and am so proud of my teams and their success! Today we trekked into the madness to join the Bruins parade. Boy, were people going nuts. It was such a fun day though and definitely worth all of the madness! The Cup went right by where we were--about 3 feet from us!!

After the parade I got the opportunity to see West Side Story with my best friend, Cecily. While very tragic and depressing, WSS was so moving and incredible. The dancing and singing were great and we had amazing seats!
Tomorrow I'll be heading back into the city to go to the Red Sox with my family for father's day! I'm looking forward to it!
