I will be the first to admit that I have been a lazy blogger this summer!! Life has just been too fun and busy. Somehow I am sitting here left with only one more week of summer left! I am eagerly anticipating being back at jmu, living in west view, and being reunited with my friends. That is not to say though that I won't be missing a lot at home as well. It is always a time of mixed emotions.
I have realized how blessed I am this summer by the fact that I not only have a supportive and encouraging Christian environment at school, but I also have one at home. I have loved working for my church this summer and being able to be a part of a young adult bible study there weekly. I feel like I have continued to grow in my faith this summer and continue to learn more which is something I am so thankful for!
I also am blessed to have such a wonderful family and great friends at home as well.
Like I said before though I also have much to look forward to upon returning back to jmu.
I am currently vacationing in Maine with the family so be ready for more updates to come soon!! Thanks for continuing to read even when I neglect you!
I am glad you have a foundation of Christians at home. You are fortunate where so many are not. On top of that. You rock! If you have a chance, let them know we are thankful for raising you in a household where Christ and our Father in heaven can raise you as well.
